To qualify you must

• Have at least 15 yrs of experience in the education sector, with a few years as Dean in a tier 1 or 2 B-school

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong personality to lead the faculty and achieve the college mission

• Have experience of teaching as associate professor or higher to be able to oversee academic policies and respond to student concerns

• Be able to represent and promote the school and be responsible for academic planning and allocation of resources
