To qualify you must
- Have previous experience in a customer support role with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Have strong verbal and phone communication skills with excellent understanding of any South Indian language apart from Hindi and English
- Be familiar with CRM systems and practices to keep records of all conversations in a comprehensive way
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls, handle different topics, upsell where required and build a sustainable relationship with customers
