To qualify you must
- Have knowledge of at least 2 South Indian languages and experience into customer service
- Have experience of inbound and outbound calling, with cross-selling abilities
- Be able to understand CRM systems and manage and update internal databases about customer interactions and of technical issues
- Support customers on product and and other related queries
