To qualify you must
- Be a graduate in Business Administration or management with 4 to 5 yrs of experience in HR domain
- Be from manufacturing industry, with a good understanding of recruitment, interviewing, offers, attendance, leave, salary for employees
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, hygiene, documentation for all office units and other infrastructure
- Liaise with IT, procurement, inventory and other departments to maintain database and regularly update policies and operational changes to all employees
