To qualify you must

- Have worked in card operations for at least 3 years

- Be well versed with card product and processes like reconciliation, settlements and daily card transactions

- Be able to closely review the P&L and drive the revenue and cost in the optimum way

- Have the experience of tracking business targets and support team members to manage functions like Operations, administration, fund management etc
