To qualify you must:

• Have 4 to 7 yrs of experience, in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives

• Have Experience in end to end recruitment process • Working knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Broad understanding of labor law and HR best practices

• Innovative and creative, having a fresh eye for human resource

• Ability to deal sympathetically, yet effectively with people
