To qualify you must

- Be a Full-Time Graduate Engineer (Electronics / Mechanical / Automobile) from a Reputed / Premiere College.

- Have a minimum 7+ Years of experience in the Automotive Industry with OEMs and exposure to setting up entire ecosystem for Electric Vehicle Project

- Have analytical and leadership skills along with project management and planning background

- Be responsible for understanding Electric Vehicle market and competition, and develop the right products in the EV portfolio
